Established as a registered trademark in 2017, BuchaRent began with a vision to create a trusted platform for rental properties. Founded by Marius, the company has since expanded into BuchaRent SRL, which specializes in the letting and subletting of premium real estate.

Starting with just two properties, our portfolio has now grown to include 7 high-quality apartments and 6 parking spaces available for long-term rental. As part of our ongoing growth, we’re adding prime locations such as ONE Cotroceni Park and Cortina North in Pipera to our offerings.

Our apartments provide exceptional living standards, ensuring our tenants enjoy a premium experience in their new homes. And soon, we’ll be expanding into the rental of charming cottages in picturesque locations, perfect for a getaway.
